Located along the Meuse River, on the Quai des Fermettes in Visé, Project BIZZ & BIKE is situated in an exceptional landscaped environment, connected to the RAVeL network and open to the water. A rare setting, both natural, accessible and structuring for economic and tourist uses.

Hotel guests, office users, meeting participants, and wellness members all contribute to the building's activity throughout the day and year. This synergy makes it a vibrant, continuously active space where work, meetings, and personal life intersect.

An ecosystem designed for continuous activity

The project is designed around mobility, efficiency, and well-being. Cycling is fully integrated as a mode of access and movement, creating a seamless continuity between travel, workspaces, meetings, and hospitality. This approach transforms the site into a workplace and meeting place designed around mobility, in line with current trends.

The BIZZ & BIKE project is based on a detailed analysis of the site and its uses. The building extends along the length of the quay, without compromising the quality of the spaces, and is organized around a landscaped axis dedicated to active transportation. The project incorporates meeting areas and direct connections to the Meuse River.
